How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 7 to 15 business days after that. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
$4.95 per order, and free on orders of $35 or more.
Why might my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products ship from different supplier partners, so items can travel separately. You are never charged extra for this.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we replace or refund it at our cost. See the Refund and Return Policy for details.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the measurements on the product page. If your pet is between sizes, we recommend sizing up, and you are welcome to email us for help.
