The problem

A loose dog is a distraction

A dog that can roam the car ends up in the front seat, at the window or under your feet.

The solution

Room to move, not to roam

The tether keeps your dog on the back seat with enough slack to sit, stand and lie down.

How it works

  1. Loop

Put the strap around the headrest posts and close the buckle.

  2. Adjust

Set the length so your dog can lie down but not reach the front.

  3. Clip

Attach the swivel clip to the back ring of a harness, never a collar.

Questions and answers

Is this a crash-tested restraint?

No. It keeps your dog in place and stops them distracting you. It is not a certified crash restraint.

Can I clip it to a collar?

No. Always clip it to a harness. A collar can injure your dog's neck in a sudden stop.

Will it fit my car?

It fits seats with adjustable headrest posts. The loop adjusts from 16 to 24 in.

Does it work with the seat cover?

Yes. It hangs from the headrest above the cover.
