These terms apply when you use empawed.com or buy from Empawed (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, and to our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout. Sales tax is added where required.
Products
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements are approximate. Products are fulfilled and shipped by our supplier partners.
Pet safety
Please supervise your pet with any new product, check products regularly for wear, and stop using anything that is damaged. Choose sizes using the measurements given. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Use of this site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Limitation of liability
