Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $4.95 per order. Orders of $35 or more ship free. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Our products ship directly from our supplier partners, some in the United States and some overseas. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after processing. The product page tells you what to expect, and times can be longer during busy periods or because of customs or carrier delays outside our control.
If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You are not charged extra shipping for this.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating. You can also use our Track your order page.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email us at contact@empawed.com as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order has shipped.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, email contact@empawed.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you.
Customs and duties
For deliveries within the United States we do not expect you to be asked for any additional customs charges. If one is requested, contact us and we will help.
